• Two years of management experience in the past five years in a legitimate trade, business, or professional practice
• Minimum education of a high school diploma
• French language proficiency at a B2 level in oral and comprehension
• Mandatory residency of at least six months in Quebec within two years of receiving a work permit
• Investment of CAD 1 million with Investissement Quebec for five years
• Non-refundable financial contribution of CAD 200,000
• Net worth of at least CAD 2 million
